The Kitchen Connection: Making Menopause Nutrition Work in Real Life

Women navigating menopause have endless food questions and conflicting advice. This session unpacks what the evidence says about specific foods and symptoms, including phytoestrogens, fibre, vegetables, coffee, and alcohol. Grounded in real client questions, we’ll focus on practical, kitchen-ready strategies that support symptom management and long-term health.

Bio

Dr. Jenn Salib Huber is a Canadian Registered Dietitian, Naturopathic Doctor, Intuitive Eating Counselor and host of The Midlife Feast podcast, where she helps women in midlife and menopause eat without diets and feel at home in their changing bodies. Blending science, storytelling, and a healthy dose of humour, Jenn’s work challenges the belief that health and happiness are measured on a scale. She is the author of Eat to Thrive During Menopause and creator of The Midlife Feast Community, an online space dedicated to navigating menopause with confidence, self-compassion, and evidence-based nutrition. Whether speaking on stage, on her podcast, or in the media, Jenn’s message is clear: your midlife body is not a problem to fix, it’s a partner to nourish.
