Jamila Kanji

RD — Menopause Practitioner

Session Three

Beyond the Scale: Managing Body Composition Changes

This session examines common body composition shifts in menopause — fat gain, lean mass loss, and increased abdominal fat — and how nutrition strategies can help. Evidence-based approaches and the appropriateness of GLP-1 medications will be reviewed through a case study. The blend of current evidence and insights from years of practice makes this a highly valuable session.
